Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between maga Casino ("maga", "we", "us") and all users of its services ("user", "you"). By accessing maga's website, mobile app, or any other platform, or by creating an account, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.
To register an account with maga, you must be at least 21 years of age. We may request relevant documents at any time to verify your age. Opening an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.
Account Registration and Management
2.1 Registration Requirements
Each user may open only one account. Multiple accounts under the same person's name are strictly prohibited. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time and the balance of such accounts may be forfeited.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login details — username, password, and OTP — completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you believe there has been unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the maga support team immediately.
2.3 Verification (KYC)
Before deposits or withdrawals, or at any time, maga may request a national ID card, passport, or other documents to verify your identity. Failure to provide these within the specified time may result in your account being temporarily suspended.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
3.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit at maga is ৳100. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). After a deposit, your balance is generally updated quickly.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are processed within a maximum of 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can be made using the same methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The account requesting the withdrawal must be fully verified.
3.3 Prohibited Payments
Depositing from or withdrawing to third-party accounts is strictly prohibited. If suspicious financial activity is detected, maga reserves the right to suspend transactions without notice.
Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit at maga, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements, which are clearly stated in the offer details.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
- Attempting to meet wagering requirements through bonus funds via phishing, arbitrage, or any other strategic betting method may result in the bonus being cancelled.
- If you wish to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
- maga reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.
4.3 VIP Cashback
Members participating in the VIP programme may receive weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated as a fixed percentage of the week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold Tier member with ৳20,000 in net losses in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback.
Gaming Rules
5.1 General Gaming Terms
All games available on maga are operated by third-party game providers (PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution, etc.). Each game has its own rules, payout structure, and RTP. maga does not interfere with game outcomes.
5.2 Technical Issues
If your internet connection is lost or a technical error occurs during a game, maga will do its best to assist. However, maga is not liable for losses caused by provider server errors. For such issues, please contact our 24/7 live chat support.
5.3 Jackpots and Large Wins
In the case of unusually large wins, maga may carry out additional verification. maga is not obligated to pay out winnings that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the maga platform:
- Fraud, deception, or unauthorised access to another user's account.
- Using bots, automation software, or any other technology to gain an artificial advantage.
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or false identities.
- Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
- Interfering with or attempting to find vulnerabilities in the platform's security systems.
- Threatening or harassing other users.
If such activities are detected, the account will be permanently closed, the balance may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
Responsible Gambling
maga believes that gambling is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We provide several tools to protect users — such as deposit limits, self-exclusion, and cooling-off periods. Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your account at any time via live chat or email. You should withdraw any available balance before closing. Bonus balances may be forfeited if all wagering requirements have not been met.
9.2 Closure or Suspension by maga
maga may close or suspend any account if any clause of these Terms is violated, suspicious activity is found, or verification has not been completed. In cases of serious violations, action may be taken without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution
10.1 Limitation of Liability
maga is not liable for losses arising from game outcomes, internet disconnection, third-party service failures, or any other uncontrollable circumstances. All risks related to gambling are borne by the user.
